NukeSoft

NukeSoft Utilities

Comes with these versions of  DOS  N/A
How difficult to use (1 = easy, 4 = hard)? 1
How safe to use (1 = very safe, 4 = very dangerous)?  1
How common (1 =very common, 4 = very obscure)?  1

Description

Designed to be run just before switching off the computer, SDLOG writes details of this to the file C:\SYSTEM.LOG.

How to use

I suggest adding this to a SHUTDOWN batch file. To use, type:

SDLOG

Comments

SDLOG writes a line consisting of "System shutdown at <time> on <date>" to the file C:\SYSTEM.LOG. There is currently no way to change the file it writes to. As with BT and SYSLOG, the TZ environment variable must be set. Click here to see how.
